Glastonbury Capital LLC was formed in 2007 by two successful developers. The company was founded by its principals on the notion that (1) robust transparency and reporting were sorely missing from the world of available investment vehicles at the time and (2) a company placing an absolute premium on the long term successful growth of its tenants and employees was unusual in real estate development. Glastonbury’s leadership, through a variety of partnerships owns more than ten million square feet of industrial properties. Glastonbury’s leadership consists of the following:

 

 
 

 

Jonathan Zich

Mr. Zich is responsible for all aspects of corporate growth, operations, and management, including strategic direction, investor relations, and the identification of new target investments. He possesses a solid track record of successfully acquiring and managing commercial and residential investments, including high profile transactions and signature properties in major U.S. markets. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Northern Group, Inc., responsible for the company’s overall nationwide strategy, operations, and acquisitions; and Managing Director, Lion & Lamm Capital LLC, responsible for residential and commercial acquisitions and management.  He was a partner in the real estate law firm of Wohl Newman Zich and Entwistle, LLC. Mr. Zich holds a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from George Washington Univeristy.

     

 

Robert Richardson

Mr. Richardson is largely responsible for acquisition and development activities for Glastonbury. He previously served as Director of Global Real Estate Transactions for a $20 billion Fortune 100 Company where he had international responsibilities related to an 80,000,000 square foot global portfolio. As Vice President at Industrial Realty Group, Mr. Richardson is credited for having designed and executed a strategy that positioned the company as a leader in military base acquisitions and development; having acquired nearly 15 million square feet of privatized assets during his six year tenure. He also was instrumental in founding the National Center for Domestic Preparedness. The NCDP is America’s only school owned by the Department of Homeland Security dedicated to training emergency first responders to weapons of mass destruction contingencies, including nuclear, biological, and chemical terrorist attacks. He has a B.A. from Hillsdale College, a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.  He is a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan.
